Dimensional preciseness and surface roughness is between that from sand casting and pressure die casting. Casting can be heat treated afterwards. The tooling cost is comparatively high. Applied to the products with no high requirement on the dimensions and surface roughness. Size and shape of product has no limits in this process. Casting can be heat treated afterwards. Tooling cost is low. Our factory has both hand molding and automatically squeeze molding as well, suitable for small and large quantity items respectively. [Case>>>] |
Die Casting:
Applied to product with weight less than 5kg. Size and shape is limited to the capacity of equipment. Suitable for large quantity items with high requirement on dimensional preciseness and surface roughness. Tooling cost is comparatively high. [Case>>>] |
